Used cards are sold strictly as-is and are non-returnable for change of mind due to instant market price changes.

All cards are assessed in person on arrival from japan and before delivery to customers. As JCI is open about any damage on cards, these cards are advertised as such in the heading and with a description of noted damage in the cards description.

JCI only accept returns if the card arrives in a lower condition than advertised or is the wrong item entirely and is case by case depending on the following statement.

JCI takes photos of all cards before sending them alongside the final packaged product to ensure all products are in advertised condition and package was sent safe.

If the buyer wants to quarry a return they must report condition disputes within 48 hours of delivery and return the card unaltered in its original protective sleeve.

It is very important that we only sell excellent or higher condition cards and any cards outside this assessment are noted as such. Please understand all cards are concidered to be a amature assessment.
